Meesapulimala (2,640 m) is the second highest peak in South India and one of the most scenic treks near Munnar. The trail passes through shola forests, grasslands, and mist-covered valleys.
Trekking is regulated by Kerala Forest Department. Advance booking is mandatory and guided treks are compulsory.
